This combination
sounds odd, but it is quite tasty!
3/4 cup plus 2
tbsp English breakfast tea leaves, loose (you can break bags
open, or purchase loose tea leaves)
2 tbsp dried lemon peel
2 tbsp dried basil
In a large bowl,
combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour into small jar
and seal tightly.
Directions: Press
one tablespoon into a tea infuser, or place in small cheesecloth
bag. Add 1 cup boiling water and allow to steep for about
4-5 minutes. Remove tea infuser, and add honey, lemon or sugar.
Serve!
