Free Migraine Headache Pillow Craft Instructions

First, you need two pieces of fabric 10" by 4". Since you will be placing this on your forehead and eye areas, we recommend using fabric such as flannel or soft suede. Be sure to check remnants at your fabric store since you require such small amounts and you may end up having to purchase a minimum amount of fabric (if you do, make mirgraine pillows for gifts!)

With right sides together, sew together the two long sides and one end. Turn right side out.

Fill halfway with flax seeds, barley or rice. Pour back into bowl. Then add to mixture:

1 tbsp crushed spearmint leaf
1 tbsp crushed peppermint leaf
1 tbsp lavender buds whole
1 tbsp eucalyptus leaf
1 tbsp rosemary leaf

Combine well, crushing any ingredients as needed to distribute throughout.

Pour ingredients back into bag made by fabric, and sew up the last end. Done!
