Decorative Soap Balls Recipe

These decorative soap balls are great to set out when company comes and are extremely easy to male.

1 bar soap (such as Ivory)
3 tbsp water
2-3 drops food coloring
2-3 drops essential oil

Using a cheese grater, grate the soap. In an old saucepan, bring water and food coloring to a boil, then add soap. Immediately reduce heat and stir with a wisk for 2 minutes or until melted and color is evenly distributed.

Add essential oil, allow to cool slightly, then form balls when it is cooled enough to work with.

Spray your soap molds with non-stick cooking spray, then press soap into molds, or roll into neat balls. Allow to cool, pop out of molds and either display in bathroom or seal in ziplocs until needed.
