2 cups of liquid
potpourri
4 packages of knox gelatin
Heat 1 cup of liquid
potpourri to a boil, gently stir in the knox gelatin and mix
until disolved. Add the other cup of liquid at room temperature.
Pour into jelly jars or decoative bowls and cover with plastic
wrap. Put in the fridge until set. They will smell great for
several months. Then you can scoop out, and reuse the jars
for the next batch.

stores often carry jelly jars with non traditional patterns,
designs, and colors, so experiment!
