If you are making
pumpkin pie that calls for "pumpkin pie spice" instead
of separating it into the individual components, you can easily
make your own pumpkin pie spice mix instead of guessing what
might be in it, or having to buy some just for the couple
of times a year you make pumpkin pie.
You do not have
