Stainless steel frypans are the gourmet frypans for cooks. Unfortunately, they aren’t as easy to cook with as with non-stick pans, especially for those who have never used them before.

When you use your frypan, first preheat the pan empty. Once it is heated, THEN add your cooking oil to the frypan. When you add the cooking oil after the stainless steel has already been brought up to temperature, it will help prevent your food from sticking to the bottom.
