Maple for me is so reminiscent of the holidays, especially when you think of the maple leaves turning the color of autumn, as well as making Christmas pancakes with real maple syrup.
Maple whipping cream can turn some ordinary treats into something spectacular. For fun you can even dip gingerbread cookies in maple whipping cream for a super treat, or as a topping to other gingerbread style or cinnamon style desserts. Or top hot chocolate or a maple latte with this whipped cream.

Maple Whipping Cream
The maple in this whipping cream makes it sweet but not in a too sugary way.
Equipment
- electric mixer
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks. Slowly drizzle maple syrup into bowln while whipping until the syrup is fully combined.
Notes
You can adjust the amount of syrup, as some syrups taste stronger than others. If in doubt, add 2 tbsp maple syrup first, taste, then add more syrup in 1 tbsp increments until desired flavor is reached.
