Use Cinnamon whipped cream as a substitute for regular whipped cream on a variety of desserts that suit cinnamon flavoring.
- electric mixer
- 1 cup heavy (whipping) cream
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp confectioners sugar
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Using an electric mixer beat the whipping cream combined with the cinnamon and sugar until it reaches desired whipped cream consistency.
You can add more or less sugar depending on how sweet you prefer your whipping cream.
