If you have extra fresh lime juice, or you have an excess of likes on your tree, freezing your extra lime juice is a great way to keep fresh squeezed lime juice even when you no longer have fresh lime available.
To freeze lime juice, put the juice in ice cube trays and freeze. Once it is frozen, you transfer it to a Ziploc bag.
If you have a ton of limes to juice, you can squeeze them all in cubes and then vacuum seal it in a month supply in each package. This will prevent lime juice from pitching up any scents from other food in the freezer over a long period of time.
You can use the lime ice cubes in recipes or in a drink, where the lime cubes will melt to add flavor to your drink.
