Nearly everyone
loves a nice hard boiled egg, but let's face it, getting to
the yolk and seeing that ugly greenish tinge on the outside
is not so great! Here is how to make a green-free hard boiled
egg every time!
First, place the
eggs in a saucepan, with just enough COLD water to cover the
eggs. Put on burner over high heat. once the water begins
boiling, boil eggs for exactly three minutes.
After three minutes,
remove from heat and cover with lid for eight minutes. Then
add cold water or ice cubes to stop the cooking process. Allow
to cool and eat, or store in the refrigerator for later!
