We have all probably
tried buttering corn on the cob by using a knife and trying
to smear butter on that way, but it makes a mess and once
the butter starts melting on the knife and the knife starts
to heat up from rubbing it across the hot ear of corn it becomes
nearly impossible. Here is how to butter your corn easily
without the mess.
Simply melt or
soften butter in a small bowl. Then use a pastry brush to
brush the melted butter onto your corn on the cob. And voila,
perfectly buttered corn on the cob without the mess!
