How to keep breading from falling off fried chicken

We all love fried chicken, but sometimes the breading falls off when it is done. Here is how to keep the breading on the chicken instead of on the plate!

When you fry chicken, whether it is with the skin on or skinless, bread / coat the chicken then let it "set" in the fridge for about 15 minutes before you begin frying it. This allows the breading to form a better bond to the chicken and eases the problem of the coating sliding off the chicken as it fries.
