Next time you buy new toothbrushes, donate your old one to your jewelry cleaning. First, run it through the dishwasher to disinfect it from your tooth cleaning germs. Then, simply use toothpaste and gently scrub your jewelry clean. If the jewelry is small, use a bowl so you don't lose it down the drain by accident.
