Removing Carpet Dents From Heavy Furniture

If you have ever rearranged your living room furniture, or moved into a place that someone else has just vacated, chances are good you will have to deal with those pesky indentations left by heavy furniture... and they always seem to be where you would notice them most. But it is easy to remove these dents.

Place an ice cube wherever these dents appear on the carpet, and simply let the ice cube melt. The water absorbed by the carpet causes the dents to vanish, then the water will simply evaporate and the carpet will be as good as new.
