I have extremely frizzy hair so it's a HUGE mission to flat iron it - I do it about once a week so the rest of the time, definitely use a shower cap in the shower :) And i like the hotel ones better than real shower caps for some strange reason so I do collect mine 2 - 3 times a year when we travel :) I do!
