Just this evening I ran out to the store and bought 6 more bags of Cranberries to make more relish, before they were sold out. (they freeze great) I was amazed that there were any left...

WHY buy canned when they are in season. Plus, it makes your house smell like a big cranberry candle when you are cooking them.

I bet I could write a cook book on Cranberries. I truly love them, that much.
