Lavender Migraine Relief Recipe

2 oz. beeswax
3 oz. shea butter
4 oz olive oil
10-15 drops of lavender essential oil
Small lip balm pots or tubes

In a double boiler, add shea butter and beeswax until melted. Add beeswax and shea butter down in a double boiler method. Stir gently to combine beeswax and shea butter together, then once fully melted, add lavender oil. Slowly pour the mixture into lip balm tubes or pots.

To use, apply mixture to temples and to any trigger points on the forehead.
