Milk baths or excellent for your skin and this one is a great bath recipe for relaxing.
1/2 cup powdered milk
1/2 cup plain oatmeal (uncooked!)
1/4 cup dried lavender
Combine all ingredients and place in a small drawstring cheesecloth bag or a small organza-style bag if you already have one on hand (although the color of the bag might bleed into the bath water so check for colorfastness first).
When running bathwater, hang the bag off the tap so that your bathwater is being poured through the bag. If desired, drop the bag in the water when the tap has finished running.
Bags can be emptied, washed and reused.
