The traditional
foot bath is one of the most therapeutic tratments.
To refresh tired
feet: Choose from bay, lavendar, sage, sweet marjoram, thyme.
Place a large handful of fresh or a quarter cup of dried herb
and 1 tbsp sea salt in a bowl of hot water. For convenience,
these can be loose in the water.
For itchy feet:
add 4 tbsp cider vinegar to your foot bath.
To deodorize: Soak
them in a strong concoction of sage or lovage.
