Finished potty training but have diaper leftovers? Did your little one outgrow the smaller sizes faster than expected? Or perhaps your baby’s sensitive skin can’t handle a certain brand of diapers. If you have extra diapers, here are some ideas of what you can do with the extra diapers you still have on hand.
Dusting – Diapers work exactly like those magic dusting clothes.
Share along – Do you have friends with kids still in diapers? Pass them along.
Donate to food banks – food banks are always in need of diapers, and will often accept open packages too, if you have a couple open diaper packages when your child has finished potty training. Just phone in advance to ask if they accept open packages of diapers.
Donate to daycares – while some parents send extras with their kids, they often have use for some extras around if they run out for any reason.
Dolls – If your kids have appropriate-sized dolls, many love putting diapers on and off “their baby”.
Save them – possibility of more kids? Store the extras with your baby clothes for the next one.
